सं. 15 (9 ) /2002-डीबीए- II.- भारत सरकार, पूर्व के औद्योगिक विकास मंत्रालय की दिनांक 23 जुलाई, 1971 की अधिसूचना सं. 6 (26) /71 - आई सी, जिसे समय- समय पर संशोधित किया गया है, में निम्नलिखित प्रकार से और संशोधन करती है :
No. 15(9)/2002 -DBA- IL The Government of India hereby makes the following further amendment in the erstwhile Ministry of Industrial Development Notification No. 6(26)/71 - IC dated the 23rd July, 1971 , as amended from time to time.
पैरा 6 ( xii ) में, अंत में निम्नलिखित स्पष्टीकरण जोड़ा जाएगा:
In Para6 (xii) , the following explanation shall be added inthe last .
" किन्तु, मिजोरम राज्य में यदि मौजूदा औद्योगिक इकाइयों के लिए कोई पंजीकृत चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट उपलब्ध न होने के कारण पंजीकृत चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट से प्रमाणपत्र प्रस्तुत करना संभव न हो , तो इकाइयों से यह कहा जाए कि वे कच्चे माल/तैयार वस्तुओं के परिवहन हेतु, चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट से प्रमाणपत्र के स्थान पर बिक्री कर प्राधिकरणों से प्रमाणपत्र प्रस्तुत करें, जो राज्य के उद्योग आयुक्त/निदेशक द्वारा प्रतिहस्ताक्षरित हों।
"However , in the State of Mizoram, if it is not possible for the existing industrial units to furnish a certificate from a registered Chartered Accountant for non - availability of a registered Chartered Accountant, the unit ( s) may be asked to provide a certification from the sale tax authorities and counter signed by Commissioner/ Director Industries of the State for transportation of raw material/finished goods , in lieu of Chartered Accountant certificate .
पंजीकृत चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट की उपलब्धता संबंधी स्थिति की मिजोरम राज्य सरकार द्वारा नियमित आधार पर समीक्षा की जाए और जब भी कोई पंजीकृत चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट उपलब्ध हो जाता है, तो बिक्री कर प्राधिकरणों से प्रमाणपत्र प्रस्तुत करने की वैकल्पिक प्रक्रिया को अस्थगित कर दिया जाए तथा उसके बाद इकाइयों से यह कहा जाए कि वे आगे से केवल पंजीकृत चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट से ही अपेक्षित प्रमाणपत्र प्रस्तुत करें ।"
The position regarding availability of registered Chartered Accountant may be reviewed regularly by the State Govt. of Mizoram and the alternative course of providing certificate from Sales Tax authorities may be suspended as and when a registered Chartered Accountant becomes available and thereafter the units may be asked to provided the required certificate from a registered Chartered Accountant only" .
