NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 16th March, 2004 अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली, 16 मार्च, 2004
S.O. 364( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (vii ) of Sub - section ( 15) of Section 10 of the Income-taxAct, 1961 (43 of 1961 ), the Central Government hereby specifies Tax Free Municipal Bonds for the amount ofrupees fiftyeight crore only to be issued by Ahmedabad. Municipal Corporation during the financial year 2003-2004 for the purpose of said clause :
का.आ. 364(अ). जायफर अविनियन, 1961 ( 1961 का 43) की धारा 10 की उप - धारा ( 15 ) के खण्ड ( vii ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा वित्तीय वर्ष 2003-2004 के दौरान उक्त खण्ड के प्रयोजनार्थ अहमदाबाद नगर निगम द्वारा जारी किए जाने के लिए अठावन करोड़ रुपए मात्र की राशि के कर- मुक्त म्युनिसिपल बांड विनिर्दिष्ट करती है:
Provided that the benefit under the said clause shall be admissible only if the holder of such bonds registers his orher name and the holding with the said Corporation.
बशर्ते कि उक्त खण्ड के अन्तर्गत लाभ तभी अनुज्ञेय होगा यदि ऐसे बांडों को/की धारक अपना नाम और धारिता उक्त निगम के पास पंजीकृत कराता/कराती है ।
