O.N. 19(E) . In exercise ofthe powers conferredby Sub-section ( 1 ) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951 ) , and in suppression on its notification No. 434/D & D/ 89 (2) dated 20th October, 1989, the Election Commission hereby appoints the following officers ofthe Administration of Daman & Diu to assist the Returning Officer of the Daman & Diu Parliamentary Constituency in the Union Territory of Daman & Diu , in the performance of his functions:
आ.अ. 19(अ).-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का43 ) की धारा 22 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और आयोग की अधिसूचना संख्या 434 /द.और दीप/89 (2) तारीख 20 अक्टूबर, 1989 का अधिक्रमण करते हुए निर्वाचन आयोग दमण और दीव संघ राज्य क्षेत्र में दमण और दीव संसदीय निर्वाचन-क्षेत्र मेंरिटर्निंग आफिसर को उनके कृत्यों में सहायता करने के लिए सहायक रिटर्निंग आफिसर के रूप में सरकार के निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों को एतद्वारा नियुक्त करता है:-
1. Collector, Diu;
1. कलक्टर, दीव
2. Dy. Collector, Diu;
2. उप कलक्टर, दीव
3. Dy. Collector, Daman;
3. उप कलक्टर, दमण
4.Additional District Magistrate ofDaman;
