आ.अः 20(अ).-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 21 के अनुसरण में और धारा 22 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत निर्वाचन आयोग नागालैण्ड सरकार के परामर्श से और अपनी दिनांक 9 मार्च, 2004 की अधिसूचना संख्या 318/1/2004 ( 2 ) में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए एतद्वारा यह निदेश देता है कि उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी में नागालैण्ड राज्य के संबंध में, विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी:-
O.N. 20(E) . In pursuance of Section 21 , and in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 22, of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951 ) , the Election Commission of India, in consultation with the State Government of Nagaland and inpartial modification in its Notification No. 318/1/2004 (2) dated 9th March, 2004, hereby directs that in the Table appended thereto , for the existing entries in respect of the State of Nagaland, the following entries shall be substituted :-
