विषय:- चीन और चीनी ताइपेई से भारत में प्लास्टिक आप्थेल्मिक लेंसोंके आयात के संबंध में पाटनरोधी जांच-दिनांक 25फरवरी, 2004के जांच परिणामों में संशोधन ।
Subject : Anti- dumping Investigation into import of Plastic Ophthalmic Lenses from China and Chinese Taipei into India -Amendments to the Final Findings dated 25th Feb. , 2004.
सं. 14/16/2002-डीजीएडी. वर्ष 1995 में यथासंशोधित सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1975 और इसकी सीमाशुल्क ( पाटित वस्तुओं के अभिज्ञान, मूल्यांकन और पाटनरोधी शुल्क की वसूली तथा क्षति निर्धारण के लिए ) नियमावली, 1995 के अनुसार निर्दिष्ट प्राधिकारी ने पाटनरोधी जांचके विषय में दिनांक 25 फरवरी, 2002 को अधिसूचना सं० 14/16/2002 -डीजीएडी के तहत अंतिम जांच परिणाम जारी किए थे।
No. 14/ 16/ 2002 -DGAD . Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 as amended in 1995 and Customs tarif ( Identification, Assessment and Collection of Antidumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, thereof, the Designated Authority had issued Final Findings vide Notification No 14/16/2002-DGAD dated 25th February, 2004 in the subject antidumping investigation.
2. उक्त अधिसूचना में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए जाते हैं:-
2. The following amendments are hereby effected in the said notification :--
( i) The expression " assessed value " , appearing in page 63, line 6 of the final findings siands replaced by "CIF Value".
(1) अंतिम जांच परिणामों के पृष्ठ संख्या 63 की पंक्ति 6 में उल्लिखित अभिव्यक्ति " मूल्यांकित मूल्य " के स्थान पर " सी आई एफ मूल्य " शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए गए हैं ।
(ii) अंतिम जांच परिणामों के पृष्ठ संख्या 63 की पंक्ति 9 में उल्लिखित अभिव्यक्ति " कालम 3 " के स्थान पर " कालम १ " शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए गए हैं ।
(ii) The expression " Column 3 " , appearing in page 63 , line 9 of the final findings stands replaced by "column 9" .
