3. उक्त आदेश के खंड 4 क के परंतुक में, खम(i) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित खंड रखा जाएगा, अचति वि० आदेश
नई दिल्ली, 22 मार्च, 2004
सा.फा.नि. 204(अ)/आवश्यक वस्तु/ गन्ना-केन्द्रीय सरकार, आवश्यक वस्तुअधिनियम, 1955 ( 1955 का 10 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए गन्ना (नियंत्रण ) आदेश, 1966 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश करती है, अर्थात्:-
" ( i) ऐसे गन्ने की दशा में, जो किसी क्रय केन्द्र पर परिदत्त किया गया है और जिसे खांडसारी यूनिट तक यूनिट के स्वामी द्वारा रेल से याअपने स्वयं के परिवहन का उपयोग करते हुए सड़क से परिवहनित किया जाता है, रिवेट. यथास्थिति, न्यूनतम कीमत में से या तय पाई गई कीमत में से दी जाएगी और ऐसी रिबेट केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा उस क्षेत्र में परिवहन की वास्तविक लागत को ध्यान में रखते हुए ऐसे निकाय या निकायों से परामर्श करने के पश्चात् जिन्हें वह ठीक समझे , समय- समय पर राजपत्र में अधिसूचना द्वारा , नियत की जाएगी और स्वामी तदनुसार रिवेट देगा । " 1. ( 1 ) इस आदेश का संक्षिप्त नाम गन्ना (नियंत्रण ) संशोधन आदेश , 2004 है ।
(2) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगा ।
[फा. सं. 3-5/2002- एस.पी. ] संजय कौल, संयुक्त सचिव 2. गन्ना ( नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1966 ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त आदेश कहा गया है ) के खंड उक के परंतुक में, खंड ( i ) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित खंड रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्: -
पादटिप्पण:- मूल आदेश भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण में आदेश सं. सा.का.नि. 1126( अ)/आवश्यक वस्तु/ गन्ना, तारीख 16 जुलाई , 1966 द्वारा प्रकाशित किया गया था और तत्पश्चात् उसमें निम्नलिखित द्वारा संशोधन किएगए।

"(i) in the case of sugarcane delivered at any pur- chasing centre and the same being transported to the khandsari unit by the unit owner by rail or by road using his own transport, a rebate shall be made from the minimum price of the agreed price , as the case may be , and such rebate shall be fixed by the Central Government having regard to the actual cost of transportation in the area , after consultation with such body or bodies as it may deem fit, bynotification in the Official Gazette, from time to time and the owner shall accordingly make the rebate . "
