सा.का.नि. 210 (अ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क अधिनियम, 1944 ( 1944 का 1 ) की धारा 5 क की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना लोकहित में आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) , कीअधिसूचना सं. 64/95- केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क , तारीख 16 मार्च, 1995 का निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: - उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में, क्रम सं. 18 के सामने स्तम्भ (3 ) में, " 1 अप्रैल, 2004 " शब्दों और अंकों के स्थान पर " 1 दिसम्बर, 2005 " शब्द और अंकों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।

No. 18/2004-Central Excise
G.S.R. 210( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub -section ( 1) of Section 5A ofthe Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) , No. 64/95 - Central Excise , dated the 16th March , 1995 , namely:-
Inthe said notification, in the Table, in column (3) , for the words and figures " the 1st day of April, 2004 " the words and figures " the 1st day of December, 2005 " shall be substituted.

सा.का.नि. 211 (अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्तं शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना लोकहित में आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार , के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) , की अधिसूचना सं. 39/96- सीमाशुल्क, तारीख 23 जुलाई, 1996 का निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी के क्रम सं. 17 के सामने स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में, " 1 अप्रैल, 2004 " शब्दों और अंकों के स्थान पर " 1 दिसम्बर, 2005 " शब्द और अंकों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenuc ) , No. 39/ 96-Customs , dated the 23rd July, 1996 , namely
Inthe said notification , in the Table, against S. No. 17 , in column ( 3 ), for the words and figures " the 1st day ofApril, 2004 " the words and figures " the 1st day of December , 2005 " shall be substituted.
