भारत निर्वाचन आयोग अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली, 16 मार्च, 2004
NewDelhi, the 16th March, 200 मारी आ. अ. 32(अ).-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का43) की धारा 22 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निर्वाचन आयोग अपनी अधिसूचना सं० 434/म०प्र ० -लो० स०/2003 ( 1 ) तारीख 17 सितम्बर , 2003 , में एतदद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है:-
O.N. 32 (E ) . In exercise of the powers ontby Sub-section ( 1 ) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 (43 of 1951 ) , the Election Commission hereby makes the following amendment in its Notification No. 434 / MP-HP/ 2003 ( 1 ) , dated 1 /7th September, 2003 namely:-
उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) की विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, नीचे की सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) की विशिष्ट प्रविष्टियों के सामने निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां जोड़ी जाएंगी-
Inplace ofthe existing entries shown in column (2) ofthe Table appended to the said notification against the specific entries of column ( 1 ) thereof as mentioned in the Table below shall be added.
