आ.अ. 33(अ).-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 ( 1950 का 43 ) की धारा 13क क की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में, निर्वाचन आयोग मध्य प्रदेश राज्य में जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारियों कीनियुक्ति से संबंधित 17 सितम्बर, 2003 की अपनी अधिसूचना सं. 508/म.प्र. /2003, जिसे कि 7 अक्तूबर, 2003 , की समसंख्यक अनुवर्ती अधिसूचना द्वारा संशोधित किया गया, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है, अर्थात्:-
section ( 1) of Section 13AA of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950) , the Election Commission hereby makes the following amendments in its notification Nos . 508 /MP /2003 , dated 17th September , 2003 , subsequently amended vide its notification of even No. dated 7th October, 2003 , relating to the appointment of District Election Officers in the State of Madhya Pradesh, namely:
उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) और ( 2 ) में दर्शायी गई विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी:-
