सं. टीएएमपी/52/2003-वीपीटी. महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम , 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 50 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, महापत्तन प्रशुल्क प्राधिकरण एतद्वारा , जब प्रचालन के लिए भारतीय नौवहन निगम ( एससीआई ) की टग तैनात नहीं की गई हो तब वीएलसीसी प्रचालन के लिए प्रशुल्क का निर्धारण करने के लिए विशाखापत्तनम पत्तन न्यास ( बीपीटी ) के प्रस्ताव से संबंधित प्रकरण को, संलग्न आदेशानुसार, बन्द करता है ।

यह प्रकरण जब प्रचालन के लिए भारतीय नौवहन निगम (एससीआई ) की टग तैनात नहीं की गई हो तब वीएलसीसी प्रचालन के लिए प्रशुल्क का निर्धारण करने के लिए विशाखापत्तनम पत्तन न्यास ( वीपीटी ) से प्राप्त प्रस्ताव से संबंधित है ।
2. इस प्रस्ताव को ' प्रशुल्क प्रकरण ' रूप में पंजीकृत किया गया है और इस पर सामान्य परामर्शी प्रक्रिया अपनाते हुए कार्यवाही की गई है । 3. जब यह प्रकरण संयुक्त सुनवाई के लिए लिया जाना था तो बीपीटी ने सूचित किया कि, बाद में, इस प्रस्ताव को उसके द्वारा दाखिल सामान्य संशोधन प्रस्ताव में शामिल किया गया है , और इसलिए इसे व्यापक प्रस्ताव के एक भाग के रूप में माना जाए ।
4. तद्नुसार , इस प्राधिकरण ने इस प्रकरण को बन्द करने का निर्णय लिया है । इस मुद्दे पर निर्णय वीपीटी के दरमान के सामान्य संशोधन प्रस्ताव के एक भाग के रूप में किया जाएगा ।

No. TAMP/52/2003 -VPT. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 50 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963 ) , the Tariff Authority for Major Ports hereby closes the case relating to the proposal of the Visakhapatnam Port Trust for fixation of tariff for VLCC operation when a tug of the Shipping Corporation of India ( SCI) is not deployed for operation as in the Order appended hereto .

This case relates to a proposal received from the Visakhapatnam Port Trust (VPT) for fixation of tariff for VLCC opcration when a tug of the Shipping Corporation of India (SCI) is not deployed for operation .
2. This proposal has been registered as a ' tariff case ' and processed following the usual consultative process adopted.
3. When the case was about to be taken up for joint hearing , the VPT informed that this proposal had been included in the general revision proposal filed by it subsequently , and hence might considered as a part of the comprehensive proposal.
4.Accordingly , this Authority decides to close this case . The issue will be decided as a part of the proposal for general revision of the Scale of Rates ofVPT .
