का.आ. 397 (अ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार, होम्योपैथी केन्द्रीय परिषद् ( निर्वाचन ) 1975 के नियम 2 के खंड (घ ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निम्नलिखित व्यक्ति को रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर नियुक्त करती है और उस प्रयोजन के लिए भारत सरकार के स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय ( भारतीय चिकित्सा पद्धति एवं होम्योपैथी विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 995 ( अ ) तारीख 26 दिसम्बर, 1995 , जो भारत के राजपत्र के भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खंड (ii) 1995 में प्रकाशित हुई थी, निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्: -

(क) क्रम सं. 3 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्: -

S.O. 397 (E) . In pursuance of the power conferred by clause (d) of the rule 2 of the Homoeopathy Central Council (Election) Rules , 1975 , the Central Government hereby appoints the following person to be the Returning Officer and for that purpose under the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and FamilyWelfare (Department of Indian Systems of Medicine and Homoeopathy) number S.O. 995 (E) , dated the 26th December , 1995 , published in Gazette of India, 1995 in Part II, Section 3 , Sub -section (ii ) namely: -
