का.आ. 401(अ).-निर्यात और आयात नीति, 2002-2007 ( समय- समय पर यथासंशोधित ) के पैरा 1.1 , 2.1 , 2.4 और 2.29 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1992 ( 1992 की सं. 22 ) की धारा 5 के अन्तर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा , निर्यात और आयात मदों के आई टी सी ( एच एस ) वर्गीकरण , 2002-2007 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
2. अनुसूची 2 के सारणी ख में कोड संख्या 4401 पर प्रविष्टि को 31 मार्च, 2007 तक मूली बांस ( मूली बैम्बू) को मुक्त निर्यात करने की सीमा तक संशोधित किया गया है जो निम्नानुसार है : -

निर्यात हेतु अनुमत नहीं है । 4401 (i) नीचे 4401 ( ii ) की मद के अलावा विशेषतः आयातित लाग्स/टिम्बर से बने सान टिम्बर के अलावा लाग्स , टिम्बर, स्टम्प्स, रुट्स , बार्क , चिप्स, पावडर पलेक्स, डस्ट, पल्प और चारकोल के रूप में वुड और वुड प्रोडक्ट्स ( कोड 4402 पर विनिर्दिष्ट शर्तों के अधीन)

S.O. 401 (E) . In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 ofthe Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act , 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with paragraph 1.1 , 2.1 , 2.4 and 2.29 of the Export and Import Policy, 2002-2007 (as amended from time to time) , the Central Governinent hereby makes the following amendments in the " ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items 2002-2007 " .
The entry at Code No. 4401 in Table B of Schedule 2 may be amended to the extent of making Muli Bamboo free for export till 31st March , 2007 which is as follows:
