आ. अ. 42(अ).-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का43 ) की धारा 22 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निर्वाचन आयोग उड़ीसा राज्य में संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के लिए सहायक रिटर्निंग आफिसर की नियुक्ति से सम्बन्धित समय - समय पर संशोधित तारीख 24 जुलाई, 2000 की अपनी अधिसूचना सं. 434/ उड़ीसा-लो.स ./2000 ( 2 ) में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करता है अर्थात:-
उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में, स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में दर्शाए गए 13 - नौरंगपुर ( अ०ज ० जा० ) संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र की विद्यमान प्रविष्टिके स्थान पर " 1 परियोजना निदेशक, डी. आर.डी.ए. मलकानगिरी" प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।

N. 42 (E) .- In exercise ofthe power conferred by sub-section ( 1 ) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951) the Election Commission of India hereby makes the following further.amendments in itsNotificationNo. 434/OR - HP/2000(2) dated 24th July, 2000 as amended from time to time relating to the appointment of Assistant Returning Officer for Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Orissa namely: ----
In column (2 ) the Table appended to the said notification for the existing entry against SI . No. 13 -Nowrangpur (ST) Parliamentary Constituency shown in column (1 ) the entry " 1. Project Director, DRDA , Malkangiri" shall be substituted .
