सा.का.नि. 225(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, जीवन बीमा निगम अधिनिमय , 1956 ( 1956 का 31 ) की धारा 43 की उपधारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये एतद्वारा निर्देश देती है कि बीमा अधिनियम , 1938 ( 1938 का 4 ) की धारा 3 ए तथा 7 भारतीय जीवन बीमा निगम पर इस अधिसूचना के शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथिसे लागू होगा।

G.S.R. 225(E). In exercise of the powers conferred under sub -section (3 ) of Section 43 of the Life Insurance CorporationAct, 1956 (31 of 1956), the Central Government hereby directs that Sections 3A and 7 of the Insurance Act, 1938 (4 of 1938 ) shall apply to the Life Insurance Corporation of India from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette .
