O. N. 43 (E). In exercise of the power conferred by Sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 22 of the Representation of the PeopleAct , 1951 (43 of 1951) the Election Commission of India hereby makes the following amendment to its Notification No. 434/Cg -HP/2003 ( 1 ) , dated 7th October, 2003 namely:-
