पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृतिक गैस मंत्रालय आदेश

नईदिल्ली, 29 मार्च , 2004
का.आ. 425(अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, पेट्रोलियम नियम, 2002 केनियम 201 के अनुसरण में, मुख्य विस्फोटक नियंत्रक की सिफारिश पर, भारत सरकार के पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृतिक गैस मंत्रालय की आदेश संख्या का.आ. 374(अ) तारीख 2 अप्रैल, 2003 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
S.O. 425(E) .-In pursuance of rule 201 of the Petroleum Rules, 2002 , the Central Government on the recommendation ofthe Chief Controller of Explosives makes the following further amendment in the order of the Goveruneni of India in the viinistry of Petroleum and Natural Gas number S.O. 374(E) dated the 2nd April, 2003, namely:--
उक्त आदेश में, " एक वर्ष " शब्दों के स्थान पर, " दो वर्ष " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।
In the said order, for the words " one year" , the words " two years" shall be substituted.
