New Delhi , the 19th November, 2004 का.आ. 1283 (अ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार, केबल टेलीविजन नेटवर्क ( विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1995 ( 1995 का 7 ) की धारा 2 के खंड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह अधिसूचित करती है कि सूचना और प्रसारण मंत्रालय में प्रसारण से संबंधित संयुक्त सचिव उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए संपूर्ण भारत के लिए प्राधिकृत अधिकारी होगा ।
S.O. 1283(E ).-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 2 ofthe Cable Television Networks (Regulation) Act , 1995 (7 of 1995 ), the Central Government hereby notifies that the Joint Secretary, dealing with Broadcasting , in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, shall be the authorised officer for the whole of India for the purposes of the said Act.
