का.आ. 1288 (अ).- होम्योपैथी केंद्रीय परिषद् अधिनियम , 1973 ( 1973 का 59 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा (1) के खण्ड (ख) के उपबंध के अनुसरण में, डा. आर. जे. एस. यादव को सौराष्ट्र विश्वविद्यालय से केन्द्रीय होम्योपैथी परिषद् के सदस्य के रूप में निर्वाचित किया गया है ;
2. अतः अब, केंद्रीय सरकार, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन स्वास्थ्य और परिवार नियोजन मंत्रालय (स्वास्थ्य विभाग) की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 482 (अ) तारीख 6 अगस्त, 1974 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्ः- उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में " धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड (ख) के अधीन निर्वाचित" शीर्षक के अधीन क्रम संख्या 24 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्ः-

New Delhi , the 17th November, 2004
S.O. 1288 (E) .- Whereas in pursuance of the provision of clause (b) of sub - section ( 1) of section3 of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973 ) , Dr. R.J.S. Yadav has been elected the 3rd may , 2004. as a member to Central Council of Homoeopathy from Saurashtra University ;
2. Now, therefore in exercise of powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the said Act the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Health and Family Planning (Department of Health ) , number S.O.482 (E) , dated 6th August , 1974 , namely: -
In the said notification in the table, under the heading " Elected under clause (b) of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 " , for serial number 24 and entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted, namely : -
