सा.का.नि. 763 ( अ) - केन्द्रीय सरकार सिक्का निर्माण अधिनियम, 1906 ( 1906 का 3 ) की धारा 7 के साथ पठित धारा 21 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एक सौ रुपए ( जिसमें 50 प्रतिशत चांदी, 40 प्रतिशत तांबा, 5 प्रतिशत निकल और 5 प्रतिशत जिंक हो ) , दो रुपए ( जिसमें 75 प्रतिशत तांबा और 25 प्रतिशत निकल हो ) के सिक्के का " भारत में रेल के 150 वर्ष " पर सिक्का निर्माणं ( स्मृतिक सिक्कों का मानक वजन और उपचार ) नियम, 2003 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात् -
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम एक सौ रुपए ( जिसमें 50 प्रतिशत चांदी, 40 प्रतिशत तांबा , 5 प्रतिशत निकल और 5 प्रतिशत जिंक हो ) , दो रुपए ( जिसमें 75 प्रतिशत तांबा और 25 प्रतिशत निकल हो ) के सिक्के का " भारत में रेल के 150 वर्ष " पर सिक्का निर्माण (स्मृतिक सिक्कों का मानक वजन और उपचार ) ( संशोधन ) नियम, 2004 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. एक सौ रुपए ( जिसमें 50 प्रतिशत चांदी, 40 प्रतिशत तांबा, 5 प्रतिशत निकल और 5 प्रतिशत' जिंक हो ) , दो रुपए ( जिसमें 75 प्रतिशत . तांबा और 25 प्रतिशत निकल हो ) के सिक्के का " भारत में रेल के 150 वर्ष " पर सिक्का निर्माण ( स्मृतिक सिक्कों का मानक वजन और उपचार) नियम, 2003 के नियम 1 में उपनियम ( 1 ) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्: -

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 23rd November, 2004
G.S.R. 763 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - seqtion (1 ) of Section 21 , read with Section 7 of the Coinage Act , 1906 (3 of 1906 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Coinage ( Standard Weight and Remedy of Commemorative Coins ) of the Hundred Rupees (containing Silver 50% , Copper 40% , Nickel 5% and Zinc5%) and Two Rupees (containing Copper 75% and Nickel 25 %) coined on " 150 Years of Railways in India " Rules, 2003, namely:-
1. (1 ) These rules may be called the Coinage ( Standard Weight and Remedy of Commemorative Coins ) of the Hundred Rupees ( containing Silver 50% , Copper 40 % , Nickel 5% and Zinc 5 %) and Two Rupees (containing Copper 75% and Nickel 25%) coined on " 150 Years of Railways in India " (Amendment) Rules, 2004.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Coinage ( Standard Weight and Remedy of Commemorative Coins ) of the Hundred Rupees (containing Silver 50% , Copper 40 % , Nickel 5% and Zinc 5 %) and Two Rupees (containing Copper 75% and Nickel 25%) coined on " 150 Years ofRailways in India " Rules , 2003 , in Rule 1, for Sub -rule ( 1 ) , the following Sub - rule shall be substituted, namely:-
"(1) These rules may be called the Coinage of the Hundred Rupees and Two Rupees coined on " 150 Years ofRailways in India" Rules , 2003. "
