सा.का.नि. 777(अ).-उपनिदेशक ( अनुसचिवीय ) के पद हेतु भंर्ती विनियम के संबंध में राजपत्र अधिसूचना सं. 94 दिनांक 25-3-1998 और उसके बाद की अधिसूचना सं. 176 दिनांक 5-4-2004 के आंशिक संशोधन में एतद्वारा अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उपनिदेशक ( अनुसचिवीय ) के पद हेतु भर्ती विनियम, राजपत्र अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि अर्थात् 25-3-1998 के स्थान पर पूर्व प्रभाव के साथ 1978 से प्रभावी होंगे ।

In partial modification of Gazette Notification No. 94 dated 25-3-1998 regarding Recruitment Regulation for the post of Deputy Director (Ministerial ) and further notification No. 176 dated 5-4-2004, it is hereby notified that the Recruitment Regulation for the post of Deputy Director ( Ministerial ) will be retrospectively effective from 1978 instead of from the date of publication ofGazette Notification i.e. 25-3-1998 .
