का.आ. 1314(अ) .- केन्द्र सरकार, भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1992 ( 1992 का 15 ) की धारा 29 की उप - धारा ( 1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ( ऋणपत्र न्यासी ) नियमावली, 1993 को संशोधित करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, नामतः:-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों को भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ( ऋणपत्र न्यासी ) ( संशोधन ) नियमावली , 2004 कहा जाएगा । (2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तिथि को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारतीय प्रतिभूति एवं विनिमय बोर्ड ( ऋणपत्र न्यासी ) नियमावली , 1993 में नियम 2 के खण्ड (ङ) में शब्द " निगमित निकाय " के पश्चात् शब्द" या किसी सूचीबद्ध कम्पनी द्वारा जारी किए गए ऋणपत्रों, जिन्हें सूचीबद्ध किए जाने का प्रस्ताव है, के किसी निजी स्थानन " को सन्निविष्ट किया जाएगा ।

S.O. 1314(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- section ( 1 ) of the Section 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 ( 15 of 1992) the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Debenture Trustees ) Rules , 1993 , namely :-
1. ( 1) These rules may be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Debenture Trustee) (Amendment) Rules , 2004.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Debenture Trustee) Rules , 1993 , in clause (e ) of rule 2 , after the words " a body corporate; " , the words " or any private placement of debentures made by a listed company, which are proposed to be listed; " shall be inserted.
