सा.का.नि. 783(अ).- राष्ट्रीय सहकारी विकास निगम अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 26 ) की धारा 10 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के अनुसरण में तथा भारत सरकार, कृषि मंत्रालय ( कृषि एवं सहकारिता विभाग ) की दिनांक 18 जुलाई , 2001, की अधिसूचना सं . सा. का. नि. 541 (अ ) का अतिक्रमण 'करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा अधिसूचित करती है कि इस अधिसूचना की तारीख से राष्ट्रीय सहकारी विकास निगम के प्रबंधक मंडल में निम्नलिखित सदस्य होंगे; यथा:-

In pursuance of Sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 10 of the National Cooperative Development Corporation Act, 1962 (26 of 1962) and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Agriculture ( Department ofAgriculture and Coopertion ) No. G.S.R. 541 ( E) dated the 18th July , 2001 the Central Government hereby notifies that, with effect from the date of this notification , the Board of Management of the National Cooperative Development Corporation shall consist of the following members , namely : -
