का०आ ० 1322(अ) .-यतः वर्धमान महावीर मेडिकल कॉलेज सहित सफदरजंग अस्पताल के संबंध में ग्राउंड कवरेज तथा फर्शी क्षेत्र अनुपात ( एफएआर ) के बारे में दिल्ली मास्टर प्लान 2001 में केन्द्र सरकार का जिन कुछ संशोधनों को करने का प्रस्ताव है, उन्हें दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1957 का 61 ) के खण्ड 44 के प्रावधानों के अनुसार 20 सितम्बर , 2004 की राजपत्र की अधिसूचना सं ० का० आ० 1016 ( अ) के तहत सार्वजनिक सूचना के रूप में प्रकाशित किया गया था जिसमें उक्त अधिनियम के खण्ड 11 - ए के उप- खण्ड (3 ) द्वारा यथा अपेक्षित उक्त नोटिस की तारीख के तीस दिन के भीतर आपत्तियां /सुझाव आमंत्रित किए गए थे ।
2. यतः सार्वजनिक सूचना के उत्तर में प्रस्तावित संशोधन के बारे में केवल एक आपत्ति/सुझाव प्राप्त हुआ और केन्द्र सरकार ने मामले के सभी पहलुओं पर ध्यानपूर्वक विचार करने के पश्चात् दिल्ली मास्टर प्लान-2001 को संशोधित करने का निर्णय लिया है ।
3. अतः अब उक्त अधिनियम के खण्ड 11 - ए के उप - खण्ड ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्तं शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार, भारत के राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से उक्त दिल्ली मास्टर प्लान 2001 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
उपांतरण:
वर्धमान महावीर मेडिकल कॉलेज, नई दिल्ली-110 029 सहित सफदरजंग अस्पताल के संबंध में ग्राउंड कवरेज तथा फर्शी क्षेत्र (एफएआर) निम्नलिखित प्रकार से संशोधित किये जाते हैं: -

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 2nd December , 2004
S. O. 1322 (E) .-Whereas certain modifications, which the Central Government proposed to make fin the Master Plan for Delhi - 2001 in the matter of Ground Coverage and Floor Area Ratio for Safdarjang Hospital , including Vardhaman Mahavir Medical College were published as a Public Notice vide Gazette Notification No. S. O. 1016 (E) dated 20th September. 2004 in accordance with the provisions of Section 44 ofthe Delhi Development Act, 1956 (61 of 1957 ) for inviting objections/ suggestions as required by Sub - section (3 ) of Section 11 -A of the said Act, within thirty days from the date of the said notice.
2. Whereas only one objection/ suggestion had been received with regard to the proposed modifications and whereas the Central Government have , after carefully considering all aspects of the matter, decided to modify the Master Plan for Delhi -2001 .
3. Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section (2 ) of Section 11 - A of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following modifications in the Master Plan for Delhi -2001 with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Gazette of India .
