क्रम-एन-10/3 /2000-पी.पी.सी. ( खण्ड-1 ).- प्रसार भारती ( भारतीय प्रसारण निगम ) अधिनियम , 1990 की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 6 ) में दी गई शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए प्रसार भारती ने एक - प्रबन्धन समिति नियुक्त किए जाने का निर्णय लिया है जो कि प्रसार भारती बोर्ड कीसहायता करेगी , इस समिति के गठन और संदर्भ की शर्तें निम्नप्रकार होंगी:

(3) सदस्य ( वित्त )
सदस्य
महानिदेशक आकाशवाणी
(4)
सदस्य
महानिदेशक दूरदर्शन
(5 )
सदस्यसचिव
(6 ) अपर महानिदेशक ( प्रशासन ) दूरदर्शन
आवश्यकता पड़ने पर सदस्य सचिव को बोट डालने का अधिकार नहीं होगा ।
3. समिति के कार्य: -
(1 ) समिति, नीति से संबंधित कार्मिक प्रबन्धन , वित्तीय तथा सामान्य प्रशासनिक मामलों की जांच करेगी तथा उन प्रस्तावों की संतुति करेगी, जो प्रसार भारतीय बोर्ड के समक्ष अनुमोदन हेतु प्रस्तुत किए जाने हैं ।
(2) समिति ऐसे कुछ अन्य कार्यों को भी सम्पन्न करेगी जो प्रसार भारती बोर्ड द्वारा उसे सौंपे जाएंगे ।
4. समिति की बैठकों के लिए समय, तिथि और स्थान:-
( 1 ) इस संबंध में अध्यक्ष द्वारा जारी किए जाने वाले सामान्य आदेश के अनुसार समिति की बैठक, तिथि, समय और स्थान का निर्धारण किया जाएगा ।
(2 ) समिति की बैठकों से संबंधित सभी अन्य मामले अध्यक्ष द्वारा ही तय किए जाएंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 1st December , 2004
No. N-10/3/2000 - PPC (Part - 1) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section (6) of Section 3 -of Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Act , 1990 , Prasar Bharati has decided to a point a Committee namely "Management Committee" to assist Prasar Bharati Board as per the composition and terms of reference given below :---
2. Composition of the Committee :-
(i) Executive Member
Chairman
( ii) Member (Personnel )
Member
(iii) Member (Finance)
Member
( iv) Director General , Akashvani
Member
(v) Director General , Doordarshan
Member
(vi) Additional Director General ( Administration ) , Doordarshan
MemberSecretary The Member Secretary shall not have any right to vote , if the need arises .
3. Functions of the Committee :-
( i ) The Committee will examine and recommend proposals pertaining to policy matters relating to personnel management , financial and general administration which are to be submitted to the Prasar Bharati Board for its approval.
( ii) The Committee will perform such other function as may be assigned to it by the Prasar Bharati Board.
4. Date, time and place of meetings of the Committee:-
(1 ) The date, time and place of meetings of the Committee shall be decided by the Chairman ofthe Committee by a general order passed in that behalf.
(ii) All other matters pertaining to meetings of the Committee shall be decided by the Chairman of the Committee.
