का.आ. 1335 ( अ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह मत है कि इसके साथ उपावद्ध स्थल मानचित्र और अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट प्राचीन स्मारक भूतात, अलवार मंदिर राष्ट्रीय महत्व का है ;
अब , इसलिए, प्राचीन संस्मारक तथा पुरातत्वीय स्थल एवं अवशेष अधिनियम, 1958 ( 1958 का 24) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त प्राचीन स्मारक को राष्ट्रीय महत्व का घोषित करने के अपने इरादे का इसके द्वारा नोटिस देतीहै।
2. उक्त प्राचीन स्मारक को राष्ट्रीय महत्व का घोषित करने के लिए कोई आपत्ति राजकीय राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना को जारी किए जाने की तारीख से दो महीने की अवधि के भीतर उक्त प्राचीन स्मारक में रुचि लेने वाले किसी व्यक्ति द्वारा महानिदेशक, भारतीय पुरातत्व सर्वेक्षण, नई दिल्ली-110011 को की जा सकती है जिस पर केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा विचार किया जाएगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 8th December , 2004
S.O. 1335 ( E) . Whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that the ancient monument Bhutat Alwar Shrine specified in the Site Plan and the Schedule annexed hereto is of national importance ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 4 of the Ancient Monuments andArchaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1958 (24 of 1958) , the Central Government hereby gives notice of its intention to declare the said ancient monument to be of national importance;
Any objectionto the declaration of the said ancient monument to be of national importance, may be made within aperiod of two months from the date of issue of this notification in the Official Gazette by any person interested in the said ancient monument which will be taken into consideration by the Director General , Archaeological Survey of India , New Delhi-110011.
