S. O. 1337 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of rule 2 of the Indian Medicine Central Council (Election) Rules , 1975, the Central Government hereby appoints the officer mentioned in column ( 3 ) of the Table annexed hereto, to be the Returning Officer for the purpose of the said rules, in respect of the State mentioned in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said Table, namely: ---
का.आ. 1337(अ) .-केंद्रीय सरकार, भारतीय चिकित्सा केंद्रीय परिषद् ( निर्वाचन ) नियम, 1975 , के नियम 2 के खंड ( घ ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इसके साथ संलग्न सारणी के स्तंभ ( 3 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकारी को उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) की तदनुरूप प्रविष्टिमें विनिर्दिष्ट राज्य की बाबत, उक्त नियमों के प्रयोजन के लिए एतद्वारा रिटर्निंग अधिकारी नियुक्त करती है, अर्थात्: -

New Delhi , the 8th December, 2004 अनुसरण में, राज्यों से जिनमें राज्य भारतीय चिकित्सा रजिस्टर का रख- रखाव किया जाता हो, आयुर्वेद, सिद्ध एवं यूनानी चिकित्सा पद्धतियों के सदस्य आयुर्वेद, सिद्ध एवं यूनानी चिकित्सकों के रूप में उस रजिस्टर में दर्ज व्यक्तियों द्वारा अपने बीच से निर्वाचित किए गए हैं,
अतएव, उक्त अधिसूचना की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा
S. O. 1338 (E ) . Whereas in pursuance of clause ( a) ofSub -section( 1 ) of Section 3 of the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970 ) (hercinafter referred to as the said Act) members for Ayurveda , Siddha and Unani Systems of medicine from the States in which the State Register of Indian Medicine is maintained , have been elected from amongst themselves by persons enrolled on that Register as practitioners of Ayurveda , Siddha and Unani .
प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केंद्र सरकार अन स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय में भारत सरकार के दिनांक 21 अगस्त, 1971 की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 3259 ( अ ) में निम्नांकित और संशोधन
करती है , अर्थात्: -
धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( क ) के अनुसार
