का.आ. 1339(अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, ठेका श्रम ( विनियम और उत्सादन ) अधिनियम , 1970 ( 1970 का 37 ) की धारा 10 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय ठेका श्रम सलाहकार बोर्ड से परामर्श करने के पश्चात् और उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 10की उपधारा ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट कार्य की शर्तों और ठेका श्रम के लिए उपबंधित फायदों तथा अन्य सुसंगत कारकों को ध्यान में रखते हुए नाभिकीय विज्ञान केन्द्र, अरुणा आसफ अली मार्ग , नई दिल्ली-110067 के स्थापन में स्वागत कक्ष की मुख्य द्वार पर कार्य करने के लिए ठेका श्रम नियोजन का प्रतिषेध करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 8th December , 2004
S.O. 1339 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- section ( 1) of Section 10 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 (37 of 1970 ) , the Central Government , after consultation with the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board and having regard to the conditions of work and benefits provided for the contract labour and other relevant factors specified in Sub -section (2 ) of Section 10 of the said Act , hereby prohibits the employment of contract labour in the work of manning the main gate reception in the establishment of Nuclear Science Centre , Aruna Asaf Ali Marg, New Delhi- 110067 , with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette .
