का.आ. 1343( अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, पैट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन ( भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन ) अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962का 50 ) की धारा 2 के खण्ड ( क) के अनुसरण में, नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में उल्लिखित व्यक्ति को, तमिलनाडु राज्य में, उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में उल्लिखित क्षेत्र की बाबत उस राज्य में अवस्थित विभिन्न उपभोक्ताओं को पैट्रोलियम पदार्थ वितरण के लिए मैसर्स गेल ( इण्डिया) लिमिटेड द्वारा पाइपलाइनें बिछाने के लिए उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 9th December , 2004
S.O. 1343 ( E ) . In pursuance of clause ( a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline ( Acquisition of Right ofUser in Land) Act , 1962 (50 of 1962 ) , the Central Government hereby authorize the person mentioned in column ( 1 ) ofthe Schedule below to perform the functions of the competent authority under the said Act for laying of the pipelines by M/s. GAIL ( India) Limited in the State of Tamilnadu for distribution of petroleum product to various consumers located in that State in respect of the areas mentioned in column (2 ) of the said Schedule .
