1 का.आ. 1351 (अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, खाद्य अपमिश्रण निवारण अधिनियम, 1954 ( 1954 का 37 ) की धारा 2 के खंड ( iv ) के अनुसरण में, भारत सरकार के स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय ( स्वास्थ्य विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 81 (अ ), तारीख 8 फरवरी, 1978 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
S.O. 1351 (E) . In pursuance of clause (iv) ofSection 2 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act , 1954 (37 of 1954) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Health ) , number S.O. 81 (E) , dated the 8th February; 1978, namely :-
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी 1 के स्तंभ ( 1 ) में, क्रम संख्यांक 1 के सामने विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्:-
In the said notification, in Table I, under column number 1 , for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :-
" 1. डा. के.एन. गुरुदत्त" ।
" 1. Dr. K.N. Gurudutt" .

टिप्पण:- प्रधान अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र, भाग II, खंड. 3 , उपखंड ( ii ) , असाधारण में दिनांक 8 फरवरी , 1978 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 81 ( अ ) के तहत प्रकाशित किया गया था और अन्तिम संशोधन अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 82 ( अ ) तारीख 16 जनवरी , 2004 द्वारा किया गया ।
Foot Note : The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub- section ( ii ) , vide notification number S.O. 81 (E) , dated the 8th February, 1978 and was last amended vide notification number S.O. 82(E) dated the 16th January, 2004
