सा.का.नि. 804(अ).- भारतीय लघु उद्योग विकास बैंक अधिनियम, 1989 ( 1989 का 39 ) की धारा 4 ख द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारतीय औद्योगिक विकास बैंक से परामर्श करने के बाद, केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा नीचे उल्लिखित तारीखों को उन तारीखों के रूप में निर्धारित करती है, जिनमें भारतीय लघु उद्योग विकास बैंक के 74,50,000/- ( चौहत्तर लाख 'नचास हजार मात्र ) के पूर्ण प्रदत्त इक्विटी शेयर, जिनमें भारतीय औद्योगिक विकास बैंक लि. द्वारा अंशदान किया गया है, निम्नलिखित संस्थाओं को उनके नाम के आगे उल्लिखित अनुपात में 30 रुपए ( तीस रुपए) प्रति शेयर के हिसाब से अंतरित एवं उनमें निहित माने जाएंगे ।
31 मार्च, 2005 को समाप्त वर्ष के लिए भारतीरय लघु उद्योग विकास बैंक द्वारा घोषित किसी भी लाभांश को भारतीय औद्योगिक विकास बैंक, भारतीय जीवन बीमा निगम एवं राष्ट्रीय कृषि और ग्रामीण विकास बैंक के बीच में आनुपातिक आधार पर बांटा जाएगा। सं.

New Delhi , the 8th December , 2004
G.S.R 804(E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4B of the Small Industries Development Bank of India Act , 1989 ( 39 of 1989) and after consultation with Industrial Development Bank of India , the Central Government hereby specifies the dates mentioned below as the date on which 74,50,000 ( seventy four lakh fifty thousand only) fully paid up equity shares of Small Industries Development Bank of India , which had been subscribed by the Industrial Development Bank of India Ltd. , shall stand transferred to and vested in the following institutions in the proportion mentioned against their names at a consideration of Rs . 30 (Rupees thirty ) por share.
Any dividend declared by SIDBI for the year ended March 31 , 2005 shall be shared on proportionate basis between IDBI , LIC and NABARD .
