का.आ. 1352(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से राजस्थान और मध्य प्रदेश राज्योंमें बाईपासों के संनिर्माण अथवा पुनः संरेखणों सहित, यदिकोई हों, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्गों का निर्माण करने ( चौड़ा करने ) के लिए उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 4 ) , ( 5 ) , (6 ) और ( 7 ) में उल्लिखित राज्यों, जिलों, तहसीलों और ग्रामों के संबंध में उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट भूखण्ड के संबंध में नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन ऐसे प्राधिकारियों के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 8th December, 2004
S.O. 1352 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) , of the Schedule given below as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entries incolumn (3 ) of the said Schedule relating to the States , Districts , Tehsils and Villages mentioned in columns (4), (5) , (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for building ( widening) of National Highways , including construction of bypass or realignments , if any, in the States of Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh.
