भवनों पर लागू नहीं होंगे-
का.आ. 1353 (अ).-विमान नियमावली , 1937 के नियम 13 में दिए प्रावधानों द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 2003 , की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 967( अ ) द्वारा दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 2003, की भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण, भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित नागर विमानन मंत्रालय ( नागर विमानन महानिदेशालय ) में भारत सरकार के आदेश का अधिक्रमण करते हुए, महानिदेशक नागरविमानन एतद्वारा निर्देश देते हैं कि उक्त नियमावली के नियम 13 में विनिर्दिष्ट सरकारी विमान क्षेत्रों पर फोटोग्राफी पर लगे प्रतिबंध निम्नलिखित टर्मिनल
( i) सिविल विमान क्षेत्र; और
( ii ) रक्षा विमान क्षेत्रों पर सिविल अंतः क्षेत्र ।

ORDER
New Delhi, the 9th December , 2004
S.O. 1353 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to rule 13 of the Aircraft Rules , 1937 and in supersession of the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Civil Aviation ( Directorate General of Civil Aviation), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section (ii ) , dated the 25th August, 2003 , vide, notification number S.O. 967 (E) , dated the 25th August, 2003 , the Dircetor General ofCivil Aviation hereby directs that the restrictions on photography at a Government aerodrome as specified in rule 13 of the said rules shall not apply to the terminal buildings of--
(i) Civil aerodromes ; and
(ii) Civil enclaves at defence aerodromes .
