सं. ई.पी. -7 ( 1 )/2004.-खाद्य निगम अधिनियम, 1964 ( 1964 का 37 वां) की धारा 45 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा भारत सरकार की पूर्वानुमति से भारतीय खाद्य निगम ( कर्मचारी वृन्द) विनियम, 1971 में आगे संशोधन करने के लिए भारतीय खाद्य निगम एतद्वारा निम्न विनियम बनाता है अर्थात्: -
1. ( i ) ये विनियम भारतीय खाद्य निगम ( कर्मचारी वृन्द) ( प्रथम संशोधन ) विनियम, 2004 कहे जाएंगे ।
( ii ) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से लागू होंगे ।
2. भारतीय खाद्य निगम ( कर्मचारी वृन्द) विनियम 1971 ( भाग 1 - परिशिष्ट 1 के विशेष पद ) में निम्न संशोधन किए जाएंगे: -
कॉलम-4 में प्रतिस्थापन- भर्ती की पद्धति
( क) शब्द" बोर्ड " अथवा " निदेशक बोर्ड " शब्द " अध्यक्ष " सहित , क्रम संख्या 1 , 1 ए, 5 तथा 8 के पद के लिए
(ख) क्रम संख्या 2 , 3 , 4, 6 , 7 , 9, 11 , तथा 12 के पदों के लिए वाक्य " जब भी पद में रिक्तियां उत्पन्न हों तब हर अवसर पर भर्ती की पद्धति निर्धारित की जाए " को वाक्य " जब कभी भी पद में रिक्तियां उत्पन्न हों तब हर अवसर पर भर्ती की पद्धति अध्यक्ष द्वारा निर्धारित की जाए । "
( ग) क्रमशः क्रम संख्या 10 तथा 13 के पदों के लिए वाक्य " भर्ती की पद्धति नियुक्ति के समय निर्धारित की जाए " तथा " प्रत्येक नियुक्ति के समय निर्धारित की जाए " को वाक्य " जब कभी भी पद में रिक्तियां उत्पन्न हों तब हर अवसर पर भर्ती की पद्धति अध्यक्ष द्वारा निर्धारित की जाए । "

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 8th December, 2004

No. EP - 7 ( 1 ) /2004.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 45 of Food Corporations Act , 1964 ( 37 of 1964) and with the previous sanction of Govt . of India , the Food Corporation of India hereby makes the following Regulations to further amend the Food Corporation of India (Staff) Regulations , 1971 namely:--
1. (i ) These Regulations shall be called the FCI ( Staff) (1st Amendment) Regulation, 2004 .
(ii) These shall come into force from the date of Notification .
2. The following amendments shall be made to the Food Corporation of India ( Staff Regulations , 1971 (Part I- Special posts of Appendix - I ) :--
Substitute in Column-4- Mode of Recruitment--
(a) Words " Board " or " Board of Directors " with the word " Chairman " for the post at Sl . No. 1 , 1A, 5 and 8 .
(b) Sentence "Mode of recruitment to be determined on each occasion as vacancy in the post arises " with "Mode of recruitment to be determined by the Chairman on each occasion as and when vacancy in the post arises " for the Posts at Sl . No. 2, 3 , 4 , 6 , 7, 9 , 11 and 12 .
(c) Sentences " Mode of recruitment to be decided at the time of appointment " and " To be decided at the time of each appointment " with " Mode of recruitment to be decided by the Chairman on each occasion as and when the vacancy in the post arises " for the posts at Sl . No. 10 and 13 respectively.
