का.आ. 1363(अ).- दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण/केन्द्रीय सरकार का दिल्ली मुख्य योजना/ क्षेत्रीय विकास योजना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करने का प्रस्ताव है, जिसे जनता की जानकारी के लिए एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है । प्रस्तावित संशोधन के संबंध में यदि किसी व्यक्ति कोकोई आपत्ति हो/कोई सुझाव देना हो , तो वे अपनी आपत्ति/ सुझाव इस सूचना के जारी होने की तारीख से तीस दिनों की अवधि के अन्दर प्रधान आयुक्त एवं सचिव, दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण , विकास सदन , ' बी ' ब्लॉक, आई.एन.ए. , नई दिल्ली -110023 को लिखित रूप में भेज सकते हैं । आपत्ति करने/सुझाव देने वाले व्यक्ति अपना नाम और पता भी दें ।
प्रस्तावित संशोधन :
"जोन ' एच ' में 3.00 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र ( 0.3585 हेक्टेयर अनधिग्रहीत भूमि को छोड़कर ) , जो दक्षिण में कालीदास रोड, पश्चिम में महाराजा नाहर सिंह रोड और पूर्व एवं उत्तर में मनोरंजनात्मक भूमि उपयोग क्षेत्र से घिरा हुआ है , का भूमि उपयोग अधिकतम ग्राउंड कवरेज 25 प्रतिशत और अधिकतम 100 एफ.ए. आर. सहित ' मनोरंजनात्मक ' से ' व्यावसायिक ' में परिवर्तित करने का प्रस्ताव है । "
प्रस्तावित संशोधन को दर्शाने वाला नक्शा निरीक्षण के लिए उक्त अवधि के दौरान सभी कार्य दिवसों में संयुक्त निदेशक ( मुख्य योजना ) कार्यालय , छठा तल, विकास मीनार, आई.पी. एस्टेट, नई दिल्ली में उपलब्ध रहेगा ।

[PART II-SEC . 3 (ii)] having any objection or suggestion with respect to the proposed modification may send the objection/suggestion in writing to the Principal Commissioner - cum-Secretary, Delhi Development Authority, ' B ' Block, Vikas Sadan , New Delhi - 110023 within a period of thirty days from the date ofthis notice . The person making the objection or suggestion should also give his name and address .
Proposed Modification :
" It is proposed to change the landuse of an area measuring 3.00 ha ( excluding the unacquired land portion measuring 0.3585 ha. ) in Zone ' H' bounded by Kalidass Road in the South, Maharaja Nahar Singh Road in the West and Recreational landuse zone in East and North from ' Recreational' to ' Commercial' with maximum ground coverage of 25% and maximum FAR of 100. "
The plan indicating the proposed modification is available for inspection at the office of Joint Director (MP) 6thFloor, Vikas Minar, I. P. Estate , New Delhi on all working days during the period referred above.
