का.आ. 1364(अ) .- केन्द्र सरकार का दिल्ली मुख्य योजना/ क्षेत्रीय विकास योजना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करने का प्रस्ताव है , जिसे जनता की जानकारी के लिए एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है । प्रस्तावित संशोधन के संबंध में यदि किसी व्यक्ति को कोई आपत्ति हो/कोई सुझाव देना हो, तो वे अपनी आपत्ति/सुझाव इस सूचना के जारी होने की तारीख से 30 दिनों की अवधि के अन्दर प्रधान आयुक्त एवं सचिव, दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण , विकास सदन, ' बी' ब्लॉक, आई.एन.ए. , नई दिल्ली को लिखित रूप में भेज सकते हैं । आपत्ति करने/सुझाव देने वाले व्यक्ति अपना नाम और पता भी दें ।
प्रस्तावित संशोधन :
" जोन ' डी' में 3.1 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र, जो पूर्व में रिंग रोड से , दक्षिण में बड़ पुला नाले के साथ- साथ प्रस्तावित 24 मी. चौड़ी सड़क से, पश्चिम में प्रस्तावित 24 मी. चौड़ी सड़क तथा सराय काले खां से और उत्तर में अ.रा.ब.अ. सराय काले खां से घिरा हुआ है , का भूमि उपयोग ' परिवहन एवं मनोरंजनात्मक ' से ' सार्वजनिक और अर्ध- सार्वजनिक' सुविधाओं ( मोटर ड्राइविंग प्रशिक्षण केन्द्र) " में परिवर्तित करने का प्रस्ताव है । प्रस्तावित संशोधन को दर्शाने वाला नक्शा निरीक्षण के लिए उक्त अवधि के दौरान सभी कार्य दिवसों में संयुक्त निदेशक ( मुख्य योजना ) कार्यालय , छठी मंजिल, विकास मीनार, आई.पी. एस्टेट, नई दिल्ली में उपलब्ध रहेगा ।

S.O. 1364(E) . The following modification which the Central Government proposes to make in the Master Plan/ Zonal Development Plan for Delhi are hereby published for public information. Any person having any objections / suggestions with respect to the proposed modifications may send objections / suggestions in writing to the Principal 3709 GI/2004

[PART II SEC. 3 (ii) ] Commissioner - cum-Secretary , Delhi Development Authority, ' B ' Block, Vikas Sadan , INA , New Delhi - 110023 within a period of 30 days from the date of issue of this notice . The persons making the objections / suggestions should also given the name and address .
Proposed Modification :
" It isproposed to change the landuse of an area measuring 3.1 ha in Zone ' D' and bounded by the Ring Road in the East, proposed 24 mtr . wide road along Barah Pullah Nallah in the South , proposed 24 mtr. wide road and Sarai Kale Khan in the West and ISBT Sarai Kale Khan in the North from 'Transportation and Recreational ' to ' Public and Semi Public ' facilities (Motor Driving Training Centre) " .
The plan indicating the proposed modification is available for inspection at the office of Joint Director (MP) 6th Floor, Vikas Minar, IP Estate , New Delhi on all working days during the period referred above .
