आ.अ. 202(अ) .-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 की धारा 61 क द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग , एतद्वारा उत्तर प्रदेश में. 23- अकबरपुर ( अनुसूचित जाति ) संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र को ऐसे निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के रूप में विनिर्दिष्ट करता है , जहां आयोग द्वारा 25-11-2004 को अधिसूचित उपरोक्त निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से लोक सभा के लिए चालू उप- निर्वाचन में मत निर्धारित रीति से मतदान- मशीनों द्वारा डाले जाएंगे व अभिलेखित किए जाएंगे । 4

New Delhi, the 10th December, 2004
O.N. 202(E ) .-In exercise ofthe powers conferred by Section 61A of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, the Election Commission of India hereby specifies 23 -Akbarpur (SC ) Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Uttar Pradesh, as the Constituency in which the votes at the current bye-election to the House of the People, notified by the Commission on 25th November, 2004, shall be given and recorded by means of voting machines in the prescribed manner .
