का.आ. 1370(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ( अध्यक्ष और सदस्यों की सेवा शर्तें तथा निबंधन ) नियम , 1992 के साथ पठित भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1992 ( 1992 का 15 ) की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों . का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्वारा श्री जी. अनन्तरमन को उक्त उप- धारा के खण्ड ( घ ) के अधीन भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड के पूर्णकालिक सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।

S.O. 1370 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India, 1992 ( 15 of 1992 ) , read with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Terms and Conditions of Services of Chairman and Merubers ) Rules , 1992, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri G. Anantharaman as whole time Member of the Securities and Exchange Board of India under clause (d ) of that sub - section .
