संख्या यू-23013/19/2003 -एल डब्ल्यू(.).- ठेका श्रम (विनियमन और उत्सादन ) अधिनियम , 1970 की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय ठेका श्रम सलाहकार बोर्ड एतद्वारा निर्देश देता है कि भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग -1 , खण्ड 1 में दिनांक 8 दिसम्बर, 2003 को प्रकाशित भारत सरकार, श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय , केन्द्रीय ठेका श्रम सलाहकार बोर्ड के संकल्प में निम्नांकित संशोधन किये जाएंगे, अर्थात्: -
No. U- 23013/ 19/2003- LW (. ) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition ) Act , 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby directs that the following amendments shall be made in the Resolution of the Government of India , Ministry ofLabour and Employment, CentralAdvisory Contract Labour Board in Gazette of India, Extra ordinary, Part - I , Section I, dated 8th December, 2003 , namely:-
उक्त संकल्प में क्रम संख्या ( 1 ) और ( 2 ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
In the said Resolution for Serial numbers ( 1 ) and (2) and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted, namely :-
