G.S.R. 809 (E) . In the notification of Government of India , Ministry of Health and Family Welfare ( Department of Health ) No. GSR 388 (F ) dated 25-6-2004 , published in Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( i ) at page 1-40 of the Gazette of India , Extraordinary--
(1) At page 25-
In Rule 1 (2 ) , for the words " expiry of six months " , the words " expiry of one year " shall be substituted .
(2) At page 28-
In Rule 12, sub - rule (a) , in last line , for the word 'Appendix C of these rules ' read the words " Appendix C and these rules".
