सा.का.नि. 811 (अ).-विदेशी मुद्रा संरक्षण और तस्करी निवारण अधिनियम , 1974 ( 1974 का 52 ) की धारा 8 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की दिनांक 19 दिसम्बर, 2003 की अधिसूचना सं . सा.का.नि. 955 ( अ ) का अतिक्रमण करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार उन संबंधित कार्यों को छोड़कर जो ऐसे अतिक्रमण से पहले किए गए अथवा किए जाने हैं, एतद्वारा एक सलाहकार बोर्ड एक वर्ष के लिए गठन करती है , जिसमें निम्नलिखित शामिल होंगे :-
( i ) माननीय श्री न्यायमूर्ति टी. एस. ठाकुर, अध्यक्ष । ( ii ) माननीय श्री न्यायमूर्ति ओ . पी. द्विवेदी, सदस्य। (iii) माननीय श्री न्यायमूर्ति प्रदीप नंदराजोग , सदस्य। 2. यह अधिसूचना 19 दिसम्बर, 2004 से प्रवृत्त होगी ।

New Delhi , the 15th December, 2004
G.S.R. 811 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) of Section 8 of the Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Prevention of Smuggling Activities Act, 1974 (52 of 1974) and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India , in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ) No. G.S.R. 955 (E) dated 19th December, 2003 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the Central Government hereby constitutes an Advisory Board for a period of one year, consisting of:-
(i) Hon'ble Mr. Justice T. S. Thakur , Chairman (ii) Hon'ble Mr. Justice O. P. Dwivedi , Member (iii) Hon'ble Mr. Justice Pradeep Nandrajog , Member.
2. This Notification shall come into force with effect from 19th December, 2004 .
