नई दिल्ली, 15 दिसम्बर, 2004 सं. 134/2004-सीमा-शुल्क ( एन. टी. ) का.आ. 1376(अ). केन्द्रीय उत्पाद और सीमा- शुल्क बोर्ड, सीमा- शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 7 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 62/94-सीमा- शुल्क ( एन. टी. ) , तारीख 21 नवम्बर, 1994 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करता है , अर्थात्
उक्त अधिसूचना की, सारणी में, महाराष्ट्र राज्य से संबंधित क्रम संख्यांक 8 के सामने स्तंभ ( 3 ) में मद संख्या ( 11 ) और उससे संबंधित स्तंभ (4 ) में की प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित मद संख्या और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगीं, अर्थात्:-

(4) निर्यात के लिए बाक्साइट अयस्क की लदाई " ।

S.O. 1376(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962 ) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment inthe notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofFinance (Department ofRevenue) No. 62/ 94- CUSTOMS (N.T. ), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely :-
In the said notification, in the Table , against serial number 8 relating to State of Maharashtra , in column(3) , after item number ( 11) and the entries relating thereto in column (4) , the following item number and entries shall be inserted, namely :-

Note : The principal notification No. 62/94 - CUSTOMS (N.T. ) , dated the 21st November, 1994 was published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , Sub -section ( ii ), vide S.O. 829 (E) , dated the 21st November, 1994 and lastly amended by notification No. 31 /2004- CUSTOMS (N.T. ) . dated the 4th March , 2004.
