सं. 27/2/सी.आई./2004.-लोक सभा समाचार भाग - दो , दिनांक 10 दिसम्बर, 2004 में प्रकाशित निम्नलिखित पैराग्राफ आम जानकारी के लिए एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है :-
"संख्या 710 .
लोक सभा के प्रक्रिया तथा कार्यसंचालन नियमों ( ग्यारहवां संस्करण ) में संशोधन
लोक सभा के प्रक्रिया तथा कार्यसंचालन नियम ( ग्यारहवां संस्करण ) के नियम 331 के उप- नियम ( 3 ) के अनुसरण में उक्त नियमों में लोक सभा द्वारा यथानुमोदित संशोधन को एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है ।
नियम 72 के उप- नियम ( 2 ) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा :
' ( 2) किसी विधेयक के पुरःस्थापन का विरोध करने की सूचना उठाई जाने वाली आपत्तियों को स्पष्ट और संक्षिप्त रूप में विनिर्दिष्ट करते हुए महासचिव को संबोधित की जाएगी और जिस दिन विधेयक को पुरःस्थापित करने की अनुमति के प्रस्ताव को कार्य सूची में शामिल किया गया हो उस दिन 10.00 बजे तक दी जाएगी । ' "

No. 27 / 2 /CI/ 2004 .--The following paragraph published in the Lok Sabha Bulletin Part - II dated 10th December , 2004, is hereby published for general information:--
"No. 710
Amendment to the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha (Eleventh Edition) In pursuance of sub- rule (3 ) of rule 331 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha (Eleventh Edition) , the amendment to the said rules as approved by Lok Sabha is hereby published .
Forsub - rule (2) of rule 72 , the following shall be substituted :
'(2) Notice to oppose introduction of a Bill shall be addressed to the Secretary- General specifying clearly and precisely the objections to be raised and given by 10.00 hours on the day on which the motion for leave to introduce the Bill is included in the list of business . " "
