का.आ. 1395 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग नियंत्रण ( भूमि और यातायात ) अधिनियम , 2002 ( 2003 का 13 ) की धारा 5 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) और उप - धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) में उल्लिखित राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिकरणों को स्थापित करती है, जो उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 3 ) के सामने उल्लिखित क्रमश स्थानों पर, उक्त सारणी के तत्स्थानी स्तंभ (4 ) के सामने दिए गए राजमार्ग की सीमाओं के भीतर अपनी-अपनी अधिकारिता , शक्तियों और प्राधिकार का प्रयोग करेंगी:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 20th December, 2004
S.O. 1395 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - sections ( 1 ) and (2) of Section 5 of the Control of National Highways (Land and Traffic ) Act , 2002 ( 13 of 2003 ) the Central Government hereby establishes the National Highways Tribunals mentioned in Column (2) of the Table given below at the respective places mentioned against each in column (3 ) of the said Table with the limits of the National Highways shown against each in the corresponding column (4) ofthe said Table within which the respective Tribunal shall exercise its jurisdiction , powers and authority:----
