आ.अ. 205(अ).-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 22 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग तारीख 13 मार्च, 2004 की अपनी अधिसूचना संख्या 434/उ.प्र. लो.स./ 2004 ( 1 ) द्वारा नियुक्त अधिकारियों के अतिरिक्त नीचे की सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट सरकार के प्रत्येक अधिकारी को, राज्य सरकार के ऐसे अधिकारियों के सामने उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट, उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य में संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर की उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य में लोक सभा के आगामी उप निर्वाचन में मतों की गणना में सहायता करने के लिए सहायक रिटर्निंग आफिसर के रूप में नियुक्त करता है:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 15th December, 2004
O.N. 205 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferredby Sub - section 1 of Section 22 of the Representation of the PeopleAct , 1951 (43 of 1951 ) , the Election Commission of India hereby appoints, in addition to the officers appointedby its notification No. 434 /UP -HP/2004 ( 1 ) , dated 13th March, 2004 each of the officers of the Government specified in column 2 of the table below as Assistant Returning Officer to assist the Returning Officer of the Parliamentary Constituency in the State ofUttar Pradesh as specified in column ( 1) of the said table against such Officers of the State Government in counting of votes during the ensuing Bye- election to the Lok Sabha in Uttar Pradesh State:-
