राि सा.का.नि. 822 (अ).-केन्द्र सरकार, महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा (6 ) के साथ पठित उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उड़ीसा सरकार के आयुक्त- सह- सचिव, वाणिज्य और परिवहन विभाग के स्थान पर, उड़ीसा सरकार के प्रधान सचिव , वाणिज्य और परिवहन विभाग, को एतद्वारा 31-3-2006 तक, पारादीप पत्तन के न्यासी बोर्ड में, न्यासी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है और भारत सरकार के पहले के पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय की दिनांक 20 जुलाई, 2004 की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 458(अ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
2. उक्त अधिसूचना में, क्रम संख्या 5 में उल्लिखित शब्दों, " उड़ीसा सरकार के आयुक्त- सह- सचिव, वाणिज्य और परिवहनं विभाग " के स्थान पर, " उडीसा सरकार के प्रधान सचिव, वाणिज्य और परिवहन विभाग " शब्दों को जोड़ दिया जाए ।

G.S.R. 822 (E ) .-In exercise of powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) read with sub - section (6 ) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the Principal Secretaryto 3788 G1/2004

Government, Commerce and Transport Department, Government of Orissa on the Board of Trustees for the port of Paradip upto 31-3-2006 vice Commissioner -cum- Secretary to the Government of Orissa , Commerce and Transport Department as a Trustec and makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India erstwhile Ministry of Shipping (Ports Wing), No. G.S.R. 458 ( E) dated 20th July, 2004.
2. In the said notification , against serial number 5 , for the words " Commissioner - cum - Secretary to the Government ofOrissa, Commerce and Transport Department " the words "Principal Secretary to Government , Commerce and Transport Department, Government of Orissa " shall be substituted.
