का.आ. 1401 (अ).- विदेश व्यापार नीति 2004-2009 के पैरा 1.1 , 2.1 , 2.4 तथा 2.29 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1992 ( 1992 की संख्या 22 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा , निर्यात और आयात मदों के आई टी सी ( एच एस) वर्गीकरण 2004-2009 की अनुसूची 2 के तालिका " ख " में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है: - (i ) अध्याय-2 के शीर्षक " मांस और खाद्य मांस अपशिष्ट " में टिप्पणी-5 के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित टिप्पणी 6 को जोड़ा जाएगा:-
"मांस और मांस उत्पादों के निर्यात की अनुमति निर्यात द्वारा निर्यात के समय सीमाशुल्क प्राधिकारी को इस बात का प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करने पर दी जाएगी कि उपर्युक्त मदें एपीडा ( ए पी ई डी ए) से पंजीकृत बूचड़खाना/मांस संसाधन प्लांट से प्राप्त/स्रोत कीगई हैं ।"
( ii) कॉलम सं. 6 अर्थात्" प्रतिबंध का स्वरूप " में, क्रम सं. 19 और 23 की प्रविष्टियों से संबंधित शर्त सं. 2 और क्रम सं. 20 , 21 , 22, 24 और 25 की प्रविष्टियों से संबंधित शर्त संख्या 1 को संशोधित कर निम्नानुसार पढ़ा जाएगा: -

उपरोक्त टिप्पणी-3 और 4 के तहत गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण और निरीक्षण की आवश्यकता है ।
टिप्पणी 3 और 4 के तहत क्रमशः गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण और निरीक्षण के साथ- -साथ उपर्युक्त टिप्पणी-6 में दी गई शर्त को पूरा करना आवश्यक है । 2. इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

S.O. 1401 (E) . In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) , read with Paragraph 1.1 , 2.1 , 2.4 and 2,29 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table B of Schedule 2 of ITC (HS ) Classifications of Export and Importitems , 2004-2009 :-
(i) In Chapter 2 captioning " Meat and Edible Meat Offal" the following Note 6 may be inserted after Note 5 .
"Export of meat and meat products will be allowed subject to the exporter furnishing a certificate to the customs at the time of export that the above items have been obtained/ sourced from an abattoir/ meat processing plant registered with APEDA. "
( ii) In Column No. 6 i.e. " Nature of Restriction " , condition No. 2 in respect of entries at Sl . Nos. 19 and 23 and condition No. (1 ) in respect of entries at Sl . Nos. 20, 21 , 22, 24 , and 25 may be amended to read as follows:-
