फा. सं. 01 /92/180/34/एएम05/पीसी-2.-विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 के पैराग्राफ 2.4 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, महानिदेशक, विदेश व्यापार, एतद्द्वारा, प्रक्रिया पुस्तक ( खण्ड 1 ) मैं निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं:-
1. उप पैरा 6.5.3 के पहले वाक्य को निम्नानुसार संशोधन किया जाता है :-
" निर्यातक के पास मूल्य निर्धारित करने की छूट होगी और निर्यातक को निर्यात की तारीख से 180 दिन के भीतर स्वर्ण ऋण वापस करना होगा" ।
2. उप पैरा 7.9.5 के पहले वाक्य को निम्नानुसार संशोधन किया जाता है :-
" निर्यातक के पास मूल्य निर्धारित करने की छूट होगी और निर्यातक को निर्यात की तारीख से 180 दिन के भीतर स्वर्ण ऋण वापस करना होगा" ।
इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

F. No. 01 /92/180/34/ AM 05/PC- II- In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the ForeignTrade Policy, 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Handbook ofProcedures (Vol. F):---
1.The first sentence ofsub-para 6.5.3 stands amended asunder:-
"The exporter shall have the flexibility to fix the price and repay the gold loan within 180 days from the date ofexport" .
2.The first sentence of sub -para: 7.9.5 stands amended asunder:-
"The exporter shall have the flexibility to fix the price and repay the gold loan within 180 days from the dateofexport".
