सा.का.नि. 826(अ).-केन्द्र सरकार राष्ट्रीय सहकारी विकास निगम नियमावली , 1975 के नियम 3 के साथ पठित राष्ट्रीय सहकारी विकास निगम अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 26) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 4 ) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और दिनांक 18 अक्तूबर, 2004 के सा.का.नि. 681 ( अ ) के अंतर्गत अधिसूचना के क्रम में एतद्वारा राष्ट्रीय सहकारी विकास निगम की सामान्य परिषद् के लिए निम्नलिखित नामांकनों को इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से अधिसूचित करती है, जो निम्नानुसार है:-
धारा 3 (4 ) ( xvii ) के अंतर्गत नामित सहकारिता कार्यक्रमों के विकास और संवर्द्धन में रूचि लेने वाले अथवा इस काम में लगे हुए राष्ट्रीय स्तःके संगठनों के प्रतिनिधि ।

G.S.R. 826 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 4 ) of Section 3 of the National Cooperative Development Corporation Act, 1962 (26 of 1962 ) , read with rule 3 of the National Cooperative Development Corporation Rules, 1975. and in continuation of the Notification vide G.S.R. 681 (E ) dated 18th October , 2004 , the Central Government hereby notifies the following nomination to the General Council of the National Cooperative Development Corporation with effect from thedate of publication of this notification , namely :-
Nominated under Section 3 ( 4 ) ( xvii ) representing National Level Organisations engaged or interested in the promotion and development of Cooperative programmes .
