का.आ. 1403(अ).-विधिविरुद्ध क्रियाकलाप ( निवारण ) अधिनियम, 1967 ( 1967 का 37 ) की धारा 5 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियोंका प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति श्री आर. एस. सोढी की अध्यक्षता में " विधिविरुद्ध क्रियाकलाप ( निवारण ) अधिकरण " का गठन करती है जो इस बात का न्यायनिर्णय करेगा कि क्या असम के यूनाइटेड लिब्रेशन फ्रंट ऑफ असम ( उल्फा) को विधिविरुद्ध संगम घोषित करने के पर्याप्त कारण मौजूद हैं अथवा नहीं ।

S.O. 1403 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 5 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (37 of 1967) , the Central Government hereby constitutes the "Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Tribunal" consisting Justice Shri R.S. Sodhi , Judge ofDelhi High Court for the purpose of adjudicating whether or not there is sufficient cause for declaring the United Liberation Front of Assam (ULFA) of Assam as Unlawful Association .
