New Delhi , the 23rd December, 2004 NO . 139/ 2004- NT- CUSTOMS नई दिल्ली, 23 दिसम्बर, 2004 सं. 139/2004-सीमा शुल्क ( गै.टै. )
का.आ. 1405(अ). सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52) की धारा 14 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) के खण्ड ( क ) के उप- खण्ड (i ) के अनुपालनार्थ बोर्ड एतद्वारा भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 129/2004-सीमा शुल्क ( गै.टै. ) [ का.आ. 1298 ( अ) ] दिनांक 24 नवम्बर , 2004 ( आयातित माल ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है , नामतः :-
S.O. 1405 (E). In pursuance of sub - clause ( i ) of clause (a ) of Sub- section (3 ) of Section 14 of Custoins Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962) , the Board hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification ofthe Government of India, Ministry ofFinance, Department ofRevenue No. 129/2004- NT -Customs [ S.O. 1298 (E) ] dated 24th November, 2004 ( import goods), namely:--
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची- I की क्रम सं. 2 की प्रविष्टियों में निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए, नामतः :-
In the Schedule -1 of the said Notification for Serial No. 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :-
